| Cancellation and Refund Policy: |

If you have to cancel your participation, you may send a substitute. You are kindly asked to contact us before the Congress with the name of the substitute.
Cancellation requests received before June 1, 2008, will be refunded 85 percent of the registration fee. After this date, no refunds will be made.
